In 2008, just three months before the U.S. financial crisis hit, the founder, Kelly Ng, not only predicted the downturn in the housing market but also foresaw that its impact would extend beyond borders. The timing was impeccable, as HomeLand Realty was established right before the financial storm. Without hiring a single employee, 50 agents joined the brokerage within three months. “We got busy” doesn’t even begin to capture it. A true industry leader was born.
HomeLand Realty quickly became a unique brokerage, led by Kelly Ng, a seasoned real estate broker, entrepreneur, and builder with over 40 years of experience in the business.

Kelly’s interest in real estate started in the late 1970s as a residential agent.
Later, she partnered with others to open two offices in Kerrisdale – one focussed on Real Estate and the other on Insurance, as well as a third in Vancouver East.
After years of success, Kelly envisioned HomeLand Realty-an agency set for growth and recognition.

Debbie Ng’s decade-long experience as a Managing Broker, combined with her solid foundation in project marketing, real estate re-sales, and administration, makes her an ideal leader to push HomeLand Realty forward. With almost 17 years at the company, she clearly has a deep understanding of the industry and the Company’s inner workings.
Her readiness to lead HomeLand Realty to new heights signals a strong, forward-thinking vision that will likely resonate in both the local and international market.
In addition to managing the company, Debbie enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, and spending time with her dogs. She looks forward to growing her family while expanding the company at the same time. What do you think will be her first major move in reshaping the company’s direction?
Chris Sieffert
Chris has been a licenced Realtor® since 2008, specializing in residential sales in communities across the Lower Mainland. Chris obtained his associate broker licence in 2021 and became an active Managing broker in 2024. He was an elected North Shore Division Director for Greater Vancouver Realtors (GVR) from 2014 to 2018 and is currently volunteering as a committee member for GVR. With over 17 years experience in the field of real estate, Chris is dedicated to promoting ethics within the real estate industry and ensuring that those agents he oversees are up to date on all the latest regulatory changes and industry trends. Volunteering and coaching are also important to Chris, who believes in giving back to the community that he lives and works in. Chris is proud to be the managing broker for Homeland Realty, and is dedicated to helping his clients and fellow agents achieve their real estate goals.
